POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Associate role serves as a highly visible, trusted onsite presence at Boeing locations. The role supports Boeing employee financial wellness, drives new business opportunities, strengthens community partnerships, and deepens relationships with key Boeing stakeholders.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead weekly onsite engagement at Boeing facilities, including new hire orientations and rotating plant tabling sessions.
  • Set up branded materials and create an inviting, professional presence for employee outreach.
  • Engage Boeing employees in financial wellness conversations and identify needs across banking, lending, and wealth services.
  • Capture, qualify, and document leads during onsite interactions.
  • Enter all leads into the CRM promptly and maintain accurate, organized records.
  • Conduct timely follow up through thank you messages, scheduling, and internal referrals.
  • Tag and track leads by product interest to support pipeline visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, Financial Well Being, and Private Banking teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Schedule rotating team participation for onsite tabling and ensure consistent cross team representation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Boeing HR, Internal Communications, Facilities, and Community Relations.
  • Support relationship management for major Boeing affiliated accounts and community organizations.
  • Identify new engagement opportunities and gather feedback on employee needs and trends.
  • Represent the organization at Boeing aligned community events and sponsorship activations.
  • Prepare and send monthly internal communications content to Boeing partners, including tabling schedules and financial education themes.
