Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Connect springs, fibers, and covers through the use of a staple gun.
- Ensure that all staple guns are working properly and safely.
- Verify that the correct unit labeling is used.
- Loading/Unloading when needed.
- Perform other department tasks as assigned by the Bedding Manager or Department Lead.
Competencies:
- Attentiveness.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. solo.
- Manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Physical stamina. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
