Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client relationships with a focus on retention, profitability, and service excellence
- Develop strategic plans and best practices that deepen client partnerships and drive measurable outcomes
- Consult with clients and internal teams on global mobility trends, policy changes, and program enhancements
- Design and conduct tailored client business reviews
- Serve as the escalation point for client and relocating employee issues when it matters most
- Partner with the Client Relations team on account management strategies and new opportunities
- Support sales presentations and new client implementations as needed
- Represent Plus in industry forums and professional networks
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the global mobility industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, executive-level client relationships
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who works well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- CRP and/or GMS certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits Summary
This role offers a salary range of $95,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
