About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives with energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Our team members look sharp, bring a positive attitude, and go the extra mile to make regular customers feel like family—and new customers feel like regulars.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Greet and assist customers with friendly, instant service

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately

• Help customers with product questions and purchases

• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness

• Take ownership of creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
