Join Our Team as a Guest Services Representative (Front Desk) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown.
Part and Full Time Hours available.
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a skilled Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional service for our guests. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, assist with inquiries, and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will also assist in training new Guest Services Representatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette, answering calls promptly and providing accurate information.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate guest account records.
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with luggage storage and wake-up calls as needed.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and organized.
- Assist in training and mentoring other Guest Services Representatives.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- TIPS certification required at hire.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
