The Inventory Supervisor maintains accurate records of inventory. The Inventory Supervisor handles all paperwork and procedures necessary to meet this goal. You will also verify all orders received and shipped, ensuring that the orders are accounted for in our records. The Inventory Supervisor accounts for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action. You will ensure cycle counts are planned and implemented following customer and Kuehne+Nagel requirements. Come join us in at our new Groveport, OH, Facility! We currently have 2 shifts available- 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday- Friday.
How you create impact
- You will create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures
- Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain inventory management
- Ensure Daily Cycle Counts are completed as expected and conclude any investigation as result from any discovered discrepancy
- Ensure all inventory adjustments are documented for future reference
- Provide training to Inventory Team members as needed
- Provide training to other Operations department as needed to ensure quality of work and inventory accuracy
- Reconcile inventory and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures
- Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs
What we would like you to bring
- At least 2 years of experience working with Inventory management.
- 1+ years of leadership or training experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1+ Year of WMS experience
