About the role πŸ’Ό

As an Office Manager Intern, you'll ensure Flanks' office runs smoothly day to day, creating a welcoming and organised environment while supporting events, onboarding moments, and team rituals that strengthen culture and employee experience in a fast-growing, international company. You'll work closely with our People Team, who will guide you through the role and help you grow along the way.

What you'll do πŸ› οΈ

Here's what you can expect to work on:

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination following established processes

  • Support the organisation of internal events and team activities (logistics, bookings, materials)

  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and pleasant office environment

  • Support onboarding moments from an experience perspective

  • Communicate clearly with teams and respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Flag issues proactively and escalate when guidance is needed

  • Manage day-to-day tasks with clear prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
