Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions with a special focus on a training coordination and HR administration. In this role, you will help organize training activities, keep employee training records up to date, track attendance and completion, prepare reports, and support other HR tasks based on business needs. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee training records and learning data
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions
  • Track training attendance, completion, and missing courses
  • Monitor mandatory training and follow up on overdue items
  • Prepare regular reports and simple analyses related to training activities
  • Track training costs and budget usage
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and training providers
  • Support learning systems and training documentation
  • Assist with audit preparation and training records
  • Help coordinate student internships and work placements
  • Update organizational charts and related documents
  • Support ad hoc HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration, training coordination, or a similar role
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic analytical skills and confidence working with data and reports
  • Good knowledge of Excel and HR or learning systems
  • Good communication skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English, Czech native speaker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with training administration or Learning & Development
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Experience tracking budgets or training costs
  • Familiarity with mandatory training or compliance topics
