Job Description: Room Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas which includes: vacuuming floors; dusting; replenishing linens and towels; disinfecting bathrooms; washing windows; moving and arranging furniture; turning mattresses; washing walls; sorting linen and other articles; loading washing machines with comforters, pillow shams, and mattress pads; ironing and folding dried items; shampooing carpets; cleaning rugs and carpets and upholstered furniture and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.

Experience Requirement: 3 months of Room Attendant or Housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort or private club.

Special Requirements for the job: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass post-hire criminal background check.

Hours Per Week: 35

Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly

Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Flexible schedule with hours between 6:00AM and 2:00AM. Required to be able to work weekends, holidays, morning, day and evening shifts.

Wage Per Hour: Disclaimer - Our prevailing wage has not been set yet, this is subject to change - $15.26 to $19.00 based on merit and experience

Wage Increase: Returning employees in the same position are eligible for merit based on their last seasons performance review scores; increase can be as low as 0% and up to 6% of their base wage.

Overtime may be available at $22.89 to $28.50 per hour

Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday-Friday, will be used to calculate wages, and will be paid bi-weekly.

Optional Employee Housing available with rent between $300 - $600/month based on accommodations to be paid online; housing deposit of $250 to be paid online also. Employees in housing will be charged a one-time nonrefundable $25 to provide the linen: sheets, blanket, comforter, Pillow, towels, and washcloth. This is to be left in the room upon departure. This charge is due at the same time as the Security Deposit and 1st months' rent. Employees can waive this fee at that time if employees bring their own sheets, blanket, comforter, pillow, towels, and washcloth.

Daily transportation to the worksite is provided through on-mountain shuttle service.

Optional Deductions from Paycheck: optional 401K and optional insurance plan monthly premium.

Visa Fees: The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Inbound/Outbound Transportation: Transportation and subsistence costs from the place from which the worker has to travel, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment will be provided to the worker by check if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily

subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day (without receipts) up to a maximum of $68 per day (with receipts), consistent with 20 CFR.20(j)(1)(i) and 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii). Tools: The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
