Hide Pattern Trimmer

Job Summary The hide pattern trimmer is the process of trimming unusable areas of the hide to specific hide pattern. The hide pattern trimmer will use a knife to remove the faceplate, knee area, tail, and udder/ cod of the hide.   Key Responsibilities: - Trim faceplate keeping square cheek area - Open shanks and trim knee - Open tail and trim square - Trim teats and fat stringers - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive.
