Kids Club Attendant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games.
Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs for kids, including arts & crafts, team sports, and themed events.
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, monitoring the behavior and well-being of all guests in the Kids Club areas.
Foster positive interactions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing any concerns.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club areas, including playrooms, game zones, and recreational spaces.
Ensure all safety and emergency protocols are followed, including monitoring of the resort’s pool and outdoor areas.
Assist with organizing special events or themed parties for children and teens.
Provide excellent customer service, upholding the hotel’s reputation for luxury and quality service.
