Position Summary
Responsible for the maintenance and minor repair of HVAC-related equipment across St. Peter's Health Partners facilities. This role ensures systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
Diagnose and complete minor repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies
Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred
Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC field

Pay Rate:
$19.95-$30.92
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
