Inspire Early Learners as Our ES Islamic Studies Teacher

Imagine introducing young hearts and minds to the beauty of faith, values, and knowledge from an early age. As our Elementary School Part-Time Islamic Studies Teacher, you will guide students in building a foundation of Islamic understanding, nurture their moral character, and help them grow in confidence and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for elementary students that introduce Islamic teachings in age-appropriate and meaningful ways

  • Create a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and spiritual growth

  • Foster positive habits and values through stories, discussions, and interactive learning

  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to support students’ development

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field

  • Experience teaching Islamic Studies to young learners at the elementary level

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and inspire

  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

  • A passion for nurturing both academic and spiritual growth in children
