Job Description
This position is primarily for PC support, to ensure proper computer operation, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may require giving in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. Will include assistance with print center operations. May also include other project related work in security, administration, and software development.
