Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building.  As a department manager, this position directs and works with employees to successfully execute all engineering operations, including proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems.  Works to establish a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.  Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
