The Onsite Implementation Manager provides hands-on, onsite support to maintain, inspect, and deploy equipment and services at client locations. This role ensures equipment is secure, fully functional, and operating reliably while supporting hardware rollouts and addressing client needs to deliver a high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections to ensure carts are stable, secure, and free of defects (e.g., loose screws, wobbling, damaged components). Repair or coordinate replacement of faulty parts.
- Assist with setup, installation, and deployment of new carts, tablets, and related hardware. Verify proper assembly and functionality.
- Conduct regular checks and on-site testing to ensure devices and carts are functioning properly in the client environment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and device issues. Collaborate with Supplier Help Desk and local IT; escalate and track issues as needed.
- Work closely with the client contact to address concerns related to hardware, service, or applications, providing hands-on assistance.
- Partner with the Client Success representative to support client satisfaction through responsive service and communication.
- Track maintenance, repairs, deployments, and recurring issues; provide updates and recommendations to improve reliability.
- 100% on-site presence at client location(s)
- Nationwide travel between client sites may be required
- Must be permanently located in the Sacramento, CA metropolitan area, or ability to commute to the same.
Physical Activities:
- Involves light physical activity, including inspecting, assembling, loading/unloading and maintaining equipment
- Walking, standing, kneeling, bending while onsite to prepare, deploy, and install equipment.
- Continuous movement and communication for hands-on equipment demonstration and training.
- Must be comfortable spending extended periods of time in hospital and healthcare facility settings.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
