Specific Responsibilities Would Include

P-File Digitization:

  • Scan hard copies, enter data, verify accuracy, and file/archive as needed.

Recruitment Assistance:

  • Support local recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Calling candidate to confirming interview

HR Reporting/Tracker Maintenance:

  • Prepare reports using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP for admin and HRM needs, and draft training notices.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based trackers and summary tables (e.g., recruitment status, hiring progress, candidate pool summaries).

Daily HR Operational Support:

  • Provide daily HR operational support, including organizing documents and meetings, welcoming new hires, and managing interview logistics.

Training Logistics:

  • Facilitate logistics for offline training sessions, including tracking attendance and sending reminders.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by China HR Managers and the Asia HR team.

 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

 

Additional Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
  • Available for 6 months (at least 3–4 days above/week)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data.
