Job Purpose
- Responsible for market development, sales execution and technical service support of the company’s coil coating products in the Uzbekistan region负责公司卷钢涂料在乌兹别克斯坦区域的市场拓展、销售执行与技术服务支持

Key Accountabilities
1. Market and Customer Development市场与客户开发
- Conduct market research and information collection for coil coating / color coated coil coatings in Uzbekistan, and generate concise market analysis. 负责乌兹别克斯坦卷钢/彩涂涂料市场调研与信息收集,形成简要市场分析。
- Develop customers such as steel mills, color coating lines, and building sheet producers, and establish customer profiles. 开发彩涂厂及建筑板材等客户,建立客户档案。
- Track local competitors’ products, pricing and service offerings, and provide recommendations for the company’s strategy. 跟踪当地竞争对手产品、价格及服务情况,为公司策略提供建议。
- Manage distributors and coordinate their business activities in line with jointly developed business plans.管理经销商,协调经销商按照共同制定的方案进行业务活动。
2. Sales and Commercial Execution销售及商务执行
- Take responsibility for and achieve regional targets in sales revenue, profit and payment collection. 承担并完成区域销售额、利润及回款等指标。
- Carry out customer visits, solution promotion, business negotiations and contract signing. 进行客户拜访、方案推广、商务谈判、合同签署等销售工作。
- Follow up on quotations, orders, shipment, account reconciliation and payment collection, and coordinate with supply chain, production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. 跟进报价、订单、发货、对账与回款,协调供应链、生产和物流,确保交付。

3. Technical Service and Application Support技术服务与应用支持
- Be familiar with coil coating systems and color coating line processes, and provide customers with product selection and process optimization recommendations. 熟悉卷钢涂料体系及彩涂线工艺,为客户提供产品选型和工艺优化建议。
- Carry out on-site monitoring of sampling, trial runs and new product introduction, and prepare technical service or test reports. 现场跟踪打样、试线及新产品导入,编写技术服务或试验报告。
- Handle paint defects and quality issues at customer sites, analyze root causes and propose solutions. 处理客户现场漆病及质量问题,分析原因并提出解决方案。
- Guide customers on correct storage and use of coatings, and provide basic training for their technical/production personnel. 指导客户正确储存、使用涂料,为客户技术/生产人员提供基础培训。
4. Quality and Customer Maintenance质量与客户维护
- Participate in customer complaint investigation and resolution, and work with the company’s technical and quality departments to close the loop. 参与客户投诉调查与处理,配合公司技术、质量部门完成闭环。
- Maintain relationships with key customers and business partners (including agents/distributors) to improve customer satisfaction. 维护重点客户及合作伙伴关系(含代理商/经销商),提升客户满意度。
Requirements
Educational Background教育背景
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in coatings, chemical engineering, materials science, metal materials, surface engineering or related fields is preferred. 大学本科及以上学历,涂料、化学工程、材料科学、金属材料、表面工程或相关专业优先。
2. For candidates with experience in coil coatings, industrial coatings or the color-coated steel industry, major requirements may be appropriately relaxed. 具有卷钢涂料、工业涂料、彩涂板行业经验者可适当放宽专业要求。
Work Experience工作经验
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, technical service or application engineering in the coatings or steel industry; experience in coil/color-coated/industrial anti-corrosion coatings is preferred. 3年以上涂料或钢铁行业销售、技术服务或应用工程相关工作经验,有卷钢/彩涂/工业防腐涂料经验者优先。
2. Experience in Central Asia or other overseas markets, and familiarity with the market environment in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries is preferred. 有中亚地区或海外市场工作经验,对乌兹别克斯坦或周边市场环境有了解者优先。
