Job Description
The Dartmouth Group Associa is hiring a part time, seasonal Lifeguard for its community in Westborough, MA.
Daily responsibilities:
- Open-up, close-up, and lock-up pool area.
- Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
- Walk and inspect the pool and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Be alert and watch people in the pool and surrounding area.
- Enforce pool rules and behavior.
- Assist with rescue if needed.
- Arrange pool furniture.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area and restrooms.
- Monitor pool water chemistry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
