Full Job Description:
- Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Clocking in and out of work order correctly.
- Safely and efficiently operate grinders, hoist, cut wheels, and any other equipment used for part unloading and processing.
- Determine the cause of scrap and if it can be reworked, or if in question, see the foreman.
- Process paperwork, print labels, and claim parts/scrap correctly.
- Read blueprints to determine work order instructions for such specifications as de-tabbing, oxide removal, part marking, Lissmac, or DA sanding.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of metal materials preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Dependability

- Self-motivated
- High Energy
- Willingness to help fellow team members achieve production goals

Wages:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour
