
Nurse Coordinator Bariatric - Main Campus
Job Description
- Coordinates clinical care of the bariatric surgery patient
- Delivers education to internal and external customers
- Performs daily administrative oversight of the program
- Monitors quality outcomes and identifies areas for improvement
- Actively pursues professional development opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
- Bachelor's Degree of Science from accredited program (Required)
- 2+ years Experience on a Medical/Surgical unit, ED or ICU (Required)
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)
- CBN (Required within 3 Years) and
- Advanced Clinical Nurse (Preferred within 2 Years)
