Senior Conceptual Product Designer (AI Experience Design) - Irving,TX

Role Summary

We are seeking a world-class Conceptual Product Designer to craft breakthrough AI-native digital experiences. This role is focused on transforming strategic concepts into emotionally compelling, visually sophisticated, and highly usable customer experiences.

You will partner closely with product strategists and AI specialists to rapidly prototype future-state experiences that move beyond traditional navigation-driven UX patterns into adaptive, intelligent, and personalized interaction models.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can turn emerging AI concepts into polished, visionary product experiences.

Key Responsibilities Experience Design & Concept Development

• Design next-generation AI-enabled product experiences
• Create future-state concepts, interaction flows, and visual systems
• Translate abstract strategy into tangible customer experiences
• Design agentic, conversational, and adaptive interaction models

Rapid Prototyping

• Develop high-fidelity concepts and clickable prototypes
• Create demo-ready experiences for executive reviews and stakeholder storytelling
• Explore multiple creative directions quickly using AI-assisted workflows

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow

• Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production
• Incorporate prompt-based workflows into design processes
• Experiment with emerging AI design tools and modalities

Product Storytelling

• Help communicate transformation narratives visually
• Create before/after experience demonstrations
• Contribute to pitch decks and strategic storytelling assets

Design Systems & Interaction Innovation

• Simplify overly complex navigation and workflows
• Design for personalization and behavioral intelligence
• Push beyond conventional dashboard-based enterprise UX patterns

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of product design, UX design, or interaction design experience
• Exceptional visual and conceptual design portfolio
• Strong prototyping capabilities (Figma, Framer, Principle, etc.)
• Demonstrated understanding of AI-native experience patterns
• Ability to work rapidly in ambiguous innovation environments

Preferred

• Experience designing AI, fintech, travel, loyalty, or consumer applications
• Motion design or interactive storytelling experience
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted design workflows
• Experience working in innovation labs, agencies, or zero-to-one product environments

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 32,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 114,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
