Your tasks
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership, connecting business needs with people strategy to support growth and scale of the Lisbon hub
- Coach and support leaders on all HR topics, including employee relations, organisational design and leadership development
- Drive and implement the local HR strategy in alignment with EnBW standards and best practices
- Act as key interface between management and employees across the full employee lifecycle (talent, development, reward)
- Analyse people data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strengthen organisational effectiveness by addressing root causes of people-related challenges
- Manage cross-functional HR initiatives and projects in a dynamic, scaling environment
- Strengthen and grow the Lisbon based HR team whilst collaborating closely with the wider German based HR organisation to ensure consistency and quality of processes
Your profile
Your Expertise:
- Several years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role, ideally in IT or tech environments
- Strong experience advising senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic sparring partner
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, organisational development and talent management
- Experience working in complex and international environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate people topics into business impact
Your Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented and resilient in fast-paced growth and transformation settings
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a plus
About the department
You will join our growing IT Hub in Lisbon, which is currently in a ramp-up and scaling phase. The hub takes over IT services and capabilities from existing delivery organisations and external partners, while also building new services directly on site. The hub is being built and scaled with a strong focus on collaboration, sustainable growth and high-performing teams.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the organisational setup, supporting leaders and ensuring a consistent, people-centric approach throughout the hub’s development.
