Howell‑Chase is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team in Bluffton, SC. This role is ideal for a proven in‑home sales professional who knows how to build trust, design solutions, and close.
Position Overview
- Conduct in‑home consultations and system evaluations
- Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to customer needs
- Build value‑based proposals and close sales professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with customers
- Represent Howell‑Chase with professionalism and integrity
Compensation
💰 8%–10% commission on salesCommission rate based on experience and performance
- Strong earning potential for top performers
Requirements
- Proven HVAC Comfort Advisor / In‑Home Sales experience (required)
- Strong closing skills and consultative sales approach
- Ability to explain HVAC systems, efficiency, and comfort solutions clearly
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
