
Legal Clinic Staff Attorney III
Job Description
Staff Attorney III may either be a staff attorney for a clinical program or a free-standing program. Staff Attorneys working within a clinical program will have primary responsibility for cases not completed during a semester and for providing legal representation during the summer months or any other time that the College of Law is not in session.
Staff Attorneys for free standing programs will have primary responsibility for a reasonable case load related to their particular grant. Staff Attorneys must maintain data regarding outcomes and monitoring for grant reporting.
The Staff Attorney III assists the Clinic Faculty, and the Clinic Coordinator in the operations and management of their particular program.
