Job Description
Card Specialist support the growth, maintenance, and overall management of Space Coast Credit Union's debit and credit card portfolios by delivering exceptional member service. Key responsibilities include resolving member inquiries, managing card statuses and orders, detecting and preventing fraud, performing file maintenance, processing member requests through workflow systems, handling account adjustments and reconciliations, and performing other critical tasks essential to the success of our card programs.
