Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations across multiple markets. In this role, you won’t just be “supporting recruiting”, you’ll be helping drive the entire candidate experience from application to onboarding.

You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring process for every candidate who comes through our doors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, systems work, and being a key connector in a high-volume recruiting environment.

The TA Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. This position is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, and is located at 106 Vintage Park Blvd., Houston, TX 77070

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams
  • Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in our ATS (JazzHR)
  • Support hiring events, onboarding, and candidate communications
  • Help manage job postings and recruiting workflows
  • Build recruiting reports and track key hiring metrics
  • Support employer branding by posting job ads on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Gather candidate and employee feedback through experience surveys
  • Assist with process improvements and recruiting projects that make hiring better every day

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, onboarding, or talent acquisition operations (or related experience)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multi-location hiring environments is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed
