Job Description
Our company is seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage the daily Waterproofing a restoration. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and can respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the job site.
Responsibilities:

Manage work crews.

Perform daily image reports
-
Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees and the public.

Supervise procedures

Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Coordinate activities with building management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25kg

Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision

Execute professionalism in waterproofing works

Good oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required

Valid driver’s license will be advantageous

Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.
Education and Experience:
-
0-3 years of experience in waterproofing or related field
Physical Requirements:
-
Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions
-
May occasionally meet unpleasant or hazardous materials
-
May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height.
