Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Findur Consultant  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Findur Consultant with strong Business Analyst (BA) capabilities to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of trading and risk management systems. This role requires deep functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. 
    Key Responsibilities 
    Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (trading, risk, operations, finance) and technical teams 
    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases 
    Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • Configure and implement Findur modules across front, middle, and back office 
    Provide BA support for trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, risk management, settlements, and accounting 
    Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives 
    Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business needs 
    Support UAT, SIT, and production releases with proper documentation 
    Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance 
    Mentor junior consultants and BA team members 
    Required Skills & Experienc 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

  • 10+ years of experience in ETRM/CTRM systems, with strong expertise in Findur (or Endur) 
    Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in financial/commodity trading environments 
    Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, P&L, risk metrics, settlements, and accounting 
    Hands-on experience with Findur configuration (AVS, JVS, OpenComponents is a plus) 
    Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows) 
    Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis capabilities 
    Familiarity with system integrations and APIs 
    Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies 

Years of experience required: 

 

      8to 12 Years 

Education qualification: 

 

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech
