About the Role Under the direct supervision of the Bakery Director, bakery admin will be responsible for serving callers, visitors, and employees by greeting and directing callers and visitors, maintaining security, and telecommunications system. Work closely with direct and indirect departments to support their day to day operational needs. Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service skills required to interface with the visiting public, callers, and co-workers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly good business communication (written and spoken). Must also possess the ability to sort and file both numerically and alphabetically. Must be detailed oriented with strong follow-up and follow through skills. May perform other duties as required. Shift & Schedule Shift: 1st Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $24 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing) Provides Front Lobby reception coverage to include greeting guests, visitors, and vendors. Directs incoming calls to appropriate party, manage messages. Assists walk-in applicants by providing Company employment website. Ensures guests/visitors are registered for visit, provides Company- required documents to facilitate plant tours for HACCP/GMP compliance. Orders supplies for all departments thru SAP and Arriba and checks inventory as needed Prepares packages for shipment via UPS or USPS; processes labeling and other documentation via website. Schedules individual or group conference calls and/or conference room requests Mail and distribute incoming mail Invoice coding with correspondent GL and Cost Center then e-mail to AP for processing Maintains admin kitchen and office supplies organized and stocked, conference room clean and free of clutter after meetings SAP consumptions management. Create and manage all production process orders for all manufacturing lines. Provide FA02 order support by entering downtime and cleaning hours and execute dough‑scrapping procedures within SAP. Provide backfill to production Sr. Specialist when needed. Performs other duties or special projects as required by management. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or GED preferred 2-3 Years of experience Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to learn and use SAP or similar MRP systems Abi lity to perform administrative related tasks in a fast‑paced environment Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) SAP experience Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments Strong communication and customer‑service skills Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed in this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
