MFRST Project Manager

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 38 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking a committed and passionate professional to provide critical Project Management services to the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J1 Military & Family Readiness Staff Training (MFRST) Support Services.

Overview: The MFRST Project Manager will be responsible for overall performance, compliance, and quality control across all task order (TO) locations. This individual serves as the primary point of contact and has full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in managing daily operations. 


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of all work performed under the Task Order (TO)
  • Ensure full compliance with TO requirements, policies, and performance standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Government Point of Contact (POC) during normal operating hours
  • Provide leadership and coordination across all project locations and personnel
  • Maintain accountability for quality control and service delivery outcomes
  • Monitor project execution toidentifyrisks, issues, or deficiencies
  • Providetimelynotification to the Governmentregardingfunding concerns, execution challenges, or performance issues
  • Maintain proper documentation andsubmitrequired designations through the HRS portal:
  • Ensure continuity of leadership and operations at all times

Required Skill, Education, Experience, & Abilities:

  • A strong understanding of NG Military and Family Readiness programs, Financial Readiness and Education programs, Employment Assistance Programs, Transition AssistanceProgramand the ANG and ARNG structure at the state level
  • Interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for National Guard Military and Family Readiness Program staff instruction
  • Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office – Teams, Forms, Power Point, Excel, Word 
  • Shall ensure virtual and in-person classrooms meet safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • All applicants shallpossessinterpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students
  • Mustpossessa valid Driver’s License and must be able to drive a rental car 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
