We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team!
Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt
Monday - Friday/ 40 hours per week
Day Shift
2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience required, preferably in integrated healthcare
Bilingual Preferred

Recruiter Duties Include:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process for positions that are assigned which will include:
- Posting to attract appropriate and qualified candidates
- Screening and assessing to determine if have necessary knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitude
- Selecting to move appropriate candidates forward
- Working with candidates to complete onboarding tasks to start employment
- Develop creative recruitment solutions if the operations/sites are experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
- Sourcing candidates through various databases, social media, and other appropriate tools.
- Partner with HR team to drive a consistent approach to talent assessment and the candidate experience, including internal candidates.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with business leaders and employees and gains an understanding of operational needs.
- Ability to travel to company sites throughout the state of Arizona.

- Minimum of 2 years relevant recruitment experience required (preferably in healthcare)
- Minimum of High school diploma/GED required. Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels including cold calling potential candidates.
- Must possess: Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence leaders
- Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for one within 7 working days of employment
- Must pass a TB Test.
