Job Summary
Manages dermatologic care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up; orders/interprets tests; prescribes therapy; documents in EMR; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of accredited NP program; current licensure; BLS/ACLS (PALS as required).
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years NP experience; EMR experience; specialty certification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform histories/physicals; order/interpret tests.
• Prescribe treatments and procedures.
• Educate patients/families; maintain EMR.
• Collaborate and coordinate care; precept students.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
