Job Description

"The AI company that's revolutionizing Hollywood"

Flawless is transforming Hollywood with assistive AI. Our tools empower filmmakers to edit, localize, and refine performances while preserving artistic intent.

Designed to support, not replace, artists, our technology expands what is possible on screen and gives creators freedom to tell stories with greater impact and reach audiences in new ways. From enabling seamless multilingual releases to eliminating the need for costly reshoots, Flawless solves critical challenges that slow down productions and limit distribution.

We are also setting the standard for ethical AI in entertainment. Our Artistic Rights Treasury (A.R.T.) is a rights management solution that protects artists and rights holders, ensuring that innovation moves forward with transparency and respect for creative ownership.

Role reports to
Lindsey Morrow, Head of Production Services

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a highly organized, production-first operator who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to bring structure to ambiguity. This role is ideal for someone with deep post-production or project management experience who can independently drive execution across multiple workstreams, align technical and creative stakeholders, and proactively solve problems before they impact timelines or clients. You’ll act as a central connective point across teams in the US and UK, helping scale workflows, onboard vendors, and support high-profile localization and dubbing activations as Flawless continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Build and maintain detailed post-production schedules from project kickoff through final delivery

  • Work backward from delivery milestones to identify dependencies, resource needs, and operational risks

  • Continuously adjust timelines and priorities while protecting delivery commitments and quality standards

Workflow & Project Execution

  • Establish and standardize workflows across editorial, localization, VFX, finishing, and delivery pipelines

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring assets, versions, and approvals are tracked accurately and delivered on time

  • Create scalable systems and handoff processes that reduce operational ambiguity and improve team efficiency

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between FFX, Product, Science, Production, vendors, and creative stakeholders

  • Lead client kickoffs, status updates, review sessions, and vendor onboarding workflows

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve communication gaps, and maintain accountability across all project stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

  • Teams are never waiting on information—they are always prepared

  • Schedules are realistic, transparent, and consistently met

  • Problems are addressed before they become visible to clients or stakeholders

  • Communication is constant, clear, and ahead of the work

  • Post-production runs with precision and discipline

Qualifications & Experience

Must-haves

  • 6–8 years of experience as a Post Producer, Producer, or Project Manager within film, television, or post-production environments

  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows including editorial, VFX, finishing, localization, and delivery

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously across distributed teams

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to translate information effectively between technical, creative, and production teams

  • Comfort operating within technically complex workflows and evolving production environments

  • A highly proactive, production-first mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Bonus

  • Experience supporting high-volume episodic productions or streaming delivery cadences

  • Familiarity working with pre-alpha or beta-stage production tooling

  • Experience with Flow or similar production tracking systems

  • Exposure to localization, dubbing, or multilingual content workflows
