Software Engineer
Job Description
At Dedicated Networks, we purchase, refurbish, and sell preowned IT infrastructure. We are building an internal software team focused on improving the efficiency of our operations and customer experience.
We are looking for a hands-on software engineer who enjoys solving real operational problems and building practical systems that improve how the business runs. This role is focused on developing internal tools, integrations, and front-end workflows that directly support purchasing, operations, inventory, and sales.

What You’ll Do
Software Development
- Build systems that support purchasing, operations, inventory, and sales workflows
- Develop and maintain software using C, C#, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar)
- Contribute to front-end development for internal tools and user workflows
- Integrate with external systems (APIs, vendors, hardware where applicable)
- Diagnose and resolve issues in live, real-world environments
- Improve system performance, reliability, and usability
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to understand business needs and turn them into working solutions
- Create clean, maintainable, and scalable code
What We’re Looking For
Technical
- Hands-on experience with C and C#
- Experience contributing to or building front-end applications
- Experience building real-world, usable systems
- Comfortable with:
- APIs and integrations
- Debugging live issues
- Working across imperfect systems
- SQL databases and data-driven applications (preferred)
- Version control systems such as Git
Execution Mindset

- You are comfortable working without perfect structure or complete information
- You communicate clearly and work well with both technical and non-technical people
Nice to Have
- Experience with:

- ERP, inventory, or operational software platforms
