Vice President of Executive Operations

The Vice President of Executive Operations plays a pivotal role in advancing Feed the Children’s mission to end childhood hunger by ensuring organizational alignment, transparency, and progress toward our strategic goals. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this leader advises on the strategic direction of the enterprise; sets and manages the tracking of key organizational performance indicators; leads enterprise-wide project management and progress; elevates staff culture and strategic acumen; and supports board engagement and experience. This role partners closely with teams on high-impact internal and external communications as well as thought leadership content for the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role that bridges vision and execution.
