What You’ll Do
- Stock, organize, and replenish shelves throughout the store
- Unload and process deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, organized aisles, shelves, stockrooms, and displays
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Set up promotional and seasonal product displays
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and box cutters safely
- Follow company safety procedures and store policies
- Support team operations and assist other departments when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous stocking, warehouse, grocery, or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Work Environment
- Fast-paced grocery store environment
- Exposure to stockrooms, coolers, and freezer areas
- Frequent lifting, stocking, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders
- Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs
