Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to support Pharmacy product initiatives and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Ensure business priorities, technical debt, and customer needs are effectively planned and incorporated into decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the Pharmacy product.
- Coordinate with module teams to identify and manage dependencies, track timelines, and ensure smooth execution of planned initiatives.
- Work with business partners and internal teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve challenges impacting product delivery.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing high‑value features in partnership with the Product Owner.
- Work with architects, technical leads, and scrum teams to drive estimation, solution design, defect resolution, and release planning for client‑focused features and high‑quality software deployments.
- Work with training and support teams to develop documentation, user guides, and training materials that promote product adoption and best practices.
- Gather and analyze feedback from end users and Product Owners, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Operate within Agile frameworks, ensuring well‑structured requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios in Microsoft ADO.
- Engage regularly with scrum teams to refine the backlog, guide sprint planning, and review product demonstrations.
- Ensure products are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and integration strategies.
