Pay up to (insert pay here) Summary of Duties of the Director of Assisted Living The primary goal for the Director of Assisted Living is to direct and oversee the daily functional operations of Assisted Living, within the context of its mission, value, and standards in order that the following are met:  Maximize, achievable Assisted Living occupancy; Create, implement, meet, and exceed budgetary requirements; Maximize resident and staff satisfaction; Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations; Direct and oversee the care management of the Assisted Living Community; and Maintain high standards for nursing practice, continued quality assurance, safety, human resources, and staff development.
