SUMMARY

The Sales CARE Coordinator role serves as a central coordinator supporting the sales team’s ability to deliver high-level customer experience to potential customers during the client acquisition phase and throughout the client retention phase. While this role provides administrative support as time allows and site needs demand, the primary emphasis of this role is to drive the CARE program which is integral to delivering Dynamiq Solutions to our clients that help them drive business results. Success is measured by client engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in supporting a sales team and driving client engagement and retention while living out the TCS Core Values of Treat People Well, Do the Right Thing and Run a Great Business.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearheading our Client CARE program including Dynamiq CARE
  • Project Sales Team Support: Gathering quotes, following up with vendors, preparing booking packages, assisting with Risk Assessments, loading data into pricing software
  • Customer Requests: Responding to customer questions while working closely with operations, verifying equipment lists, updating our CCR (Comprehensive Client Record)
  • Sales Management Support: Updating old contracts, assisting as needed to maintain the sales pipeline into CRM, and other administrative duties.
  • Maintenance Sales Team Support (for MSR’s after 1 year): Researching potential prospects, identifying business contacts, updating CCR
  • Assisting the General Manager with arranging events and other support tasks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree in business management, Office Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience supporting a high performing sales team with diverse personalities
  • Knowledge of sales process and systems (CRM and proposal software)
  • Experience working with team members across functions to promote collaboration and problem solving
  • Proficient in Calender Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time

WORK LIFE

Working conditions consist primarily of an office environment and infrequently those typical for the field of HVAC which may include exposure to weather conditions and require a limited level of physical activity. Job may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
