Activities Assistant (AL)

As an Activity Assistant, you have the opportunity to help meet the physical, mental, and psychological needs of our elderly population. Some responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and creative events
• Visit non ambulatory residents, write letters for them, read to them
• Run Errands and assist residents on outings
• May be required to drive company vans for resident outings.
• May be required to care for facility pets, e.g., dogs, cats, fish and birds.
• Maintain documentation as required by state and federal regulations, and company policy

Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED
