Civil Preconstruction Manager

Benderson Development is seeking a talented preconstruction manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. The ideal individual will have commercial estimating experience and costing experience. This position works under the supervision of a civil project manager to solicit bids and obtain agreements with sub-contractors. Working directly with the estimating team for cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
