Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. 

• Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by a Cactus Pete’s entity. 

• Role models appropriate internal and external guest service at all times. 

• Safeguards assets of the company. 

• Verifies jackpots, fills hoppers, tickets, completes and signs slot payout forms. 

• Verifies and reconciles banks at shift change. 

• Attends to minor machine tilts/repairs. 

• Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations. 

• Oversees the re-filling of slot fill banks. 

• Exchanges bills for bill acceptors. 

• Job tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards. 

• Excellent guest service skills. 

• Ability to count money and make change. 

• Basic math skills. 

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. 
• Must be 21 years of age.
