E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage company’s own e-commerce platform and other online marketplace accounts
  • Continuously enhance, build and add new features to the company’s e-commerce website
  • Manage e-commerce functions including, but not limited to, optimizing conversion, supporting acquisition and lead gen efforts, updating site content, managing pages and products, maintaining inventory levels and overseeing user flow/customer experience
  • Plan, execute and measure digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website and generate sales
  • Manage the social media calendar
  • Oversee the digital customer experience including, but not limited to, supporting order fulfilment and customer service inquiries, coordinating transactional and relationship emails, providing FAQs, overseeing digital properties and managing all post transactional activities
  • Upsell/cross-sell accessories to increase attachment rate and maximize margins
  • Develop and execute projects that support the company’s business goals, coordinate with cross-functional teams and report on metrics accordingly
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to ensure that marketing and website efforts are aligned to optimize lead generation.
