Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
  2. Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
  3. Make individual agents grow Year On Year
  4. Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
  5. Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
  6. Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
  7. To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
  8. Train agents on products, process and USP’s of Co.
