This includes identifying risks and opportunities for purchasing and LRU planning, as well as coordination of new purchases to ensure PO coverage is available for demand for rolling 12 months.
Collaborates with our Linefit customers shipments to efficiently supply equipment to global assembly lines under strict regulations, as well as harmonizing essential spares planning in multiple locations.
Coordinates with procurement & purchasing to ensure that timing of receipts meets the demand schedule and that receipts are adjusted where needed.
Coordinate with our W-IFE and warehouse teams to manage high volume monthly forecasts and executing shipments for customers across the world.
Provide continual improvement of the planning, reporting, and communication processes including publishing weekly Itasca and Amsterdam Kit on Dock and On Time shipment metrics.
Continually reviews processes and systems to identify opportunities to minimize wasteful spending and optimize our resources.
Works with accounting team to ensure completeness of the monthly financial statements and variance explanations.
