WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
STRUCTURE

Reports directly to the Team Lead and Warehouse Supervisor

Works closely with team members in shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Supports cross-functional warehouse activities as needed

Follows standardized work instructions and safety procedures

RESPONSIBILITY
- Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to customer requirements

Relabel products to meet vendor and compliance standards

Stock raw materials and finished goods in assigned locations
-
Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
-
Organize and optimize space within racks and storage areas
-
Conduct cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy

Monitor and assign pick locations to support workflow efficiency

Follow and enforce all warehouse safety regulations and procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Identify and follow special instructions for customer orders

Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred

Reach truck certification and operating experience required

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
-
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing ladders)

Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes

ORIENTATION PERIOD
The reasonable orientation period for a fully qualified candidate should six (6) months.
