What You’ll Do 

• Lead recruitment efforts for hotel properties

• Maintain HR systems, records, and compliance 

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration 

• Deliver training and support leadership development 

What We’re Looking For 

• 2 to 4 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred) 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Highly organized and detail-oriented 

• Experience with HR systems and recruiting
