Construction Estimator

The ideal individual will have commercial estimating experience with civil and/or vertical projects. This position estimates, and determines the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. They create a list with all the needed materials and write down an estimated amount necessary to complete the project. This role will estimate both new construction and tenant build-out projects. This position will work with in partnership with various internal departments and continue to build a base of subcontractors for the organization.
