Job Title: Corporate Recruiter 

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

Location: Langhorne, PA

Position Summary

This position is responsible for all in - house full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization, supporting corporate and manufacturing operations within a paper manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, ensure a strong candidate experience, and deliver qualified talent that align with business and plant workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results:

  • Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
  • Primary recruiting lead on all corporate, and Langhorne, PA job openings, as well as assist with companywide openings.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by working closely with both management and hourly employees to improve work relationships, enhance morale, and drive productivity and retention across the workforce.
  • Focus on all aspects of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salaried/hourly employees, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and administering the hiring process. Ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local universities, colleges, and high schools to attract new talent and grow our team of hourly employees, while supporting workforce diversity and inclusion.
  • Be available to work beyond normal work hours to fulfill responsibilities, manage any urgent HR issues, or support operations during peak times and occasional weekends.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the position as required, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align expectations of best candidate profile and fit for role. 
  • Create proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent hiring pipeline without compromising fit for role. 
  • Willing to travel on occasion to attend job and career fairs, estimated 10% travel

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 

  • Time to fill to non-exempt position <30 days
  • Retention and turnover <5%
  • Recruiting activity: number of outreaches, interviews, candidate presentations and hires

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of three to five to years of experience of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of human resource disciplines including human performance, and federal and state employment laws preferred
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting
